Branding & Design

How it Works in 5 Steps

Branding Process

We begin by sending you a questionnaire to help us better understand your business goals. We proceed by determining your brand’s vision, values, target audience, and strategy. This not only helps me, but it may also help you gain a better understanding of your own business goals.

I’ll send you an invitation to Asana, where we’ll stay in touch throughout the process. From start to completion, you will be a part of the design process. I will develop a moodboard, which is a visual tool that communicates our concepts and visual ideas, once I have a good understanding of your business vision.

The logo concepts will then be created using my drawing tablet and the Adobe design programs that I use. The goal is to design a logo that reflects your brand’s vision. While the logo is only one element of your brand, it is an important one because it is how people will recognize your business.

Your logo will be reviewed and revised. Once they are finalized, you will receive the following files for your logo: AI, PDF, PNG, JPG, 300 dpi resolution via Dropbox.

The brand guideline is the final and most important piece to be created.

What is a Brand Guideline?

A Brand Guideline is an instruction manual that explains how to use the graphics designed for the brand correctly and incorrectly.

How it Works in 8 Steps

design Process

Once you’ve completed the inquire form, I’ll contact you to set up a time to speak on the phone or via Zoom. We can discuss your business website goals in greater detail. Following the meeting, I’ll send you my contract as well as an invoice for your deposit.

If you already have a website, we’ll start by evaluating its current state and determining what it requires or does not require. If you don’t have a website, I can advise you on the best hosting option for your needs. Apart from that, you’ll need to complete a simple questionnaire to help get you started.

Before we get into the design process, I’ll map out the primary features, navigation, and functionality of your website. I’ll create menus, buttons, call-to-actions, and informative sections. This is an important step to your website design as it is more for your customers/visitors.

We will also design a wireframe for tablet and mobile devices. This is called responsive web design, we want your website to function properly on all devices.

I usually do not provide content or copy-write, but if you don’t have anything laid out, we can work on it together. You can send photos to use, or I can provide commercial use/attribution free images found online.

Once I have all of your content we can pick out the right fonts and color scheme for your website.

Please provide me a copy of your brand guideline so that we can keep your brand consistent. If you don’t have one I will just go by your website questionnaire answers.

I will set up WordPress, all of the required plugins and the Elementor page builder. At this point, I will be designing all of the pages live on WordPress following the wireframes (ex: Home, About, Service, Portfolio…etc)

Once all of the pages are designed you will get to look at the entire site and give me your feedback. We will make the changes.

The final step before we launch is to make sure everything is working smoothly. I will make sure all of your links are working and check your page speed (through google)

Your website is ready to go live!

I will hand over your website to you once the final payment is received. A one-on-one tutorial session will be provided to show you how to edit and maintain your website.

For both our Branding and Website Packages you will need to fill out an inquire form. This form gives us the information we need to know. We will get back to you as soon as possible!

You can choose to do both! We’d begin with the Branding Process and work our way up to Website Design.

I work exclusively with Worpdress and Elementor. Highly reccomended!

A logo is a graphic element that represents a brand, whereas a brand is the sum of all tangible and intangible qualities that represent a company. A logo that isn’t associated with a brand really has no value and is just a graphical element.

At Sirenas Bay Creative Studio, we start with getting a thorough understanding of your value proposition and target market, and then build concepts that are carefully designed.

In order to begin the project, we require a 50% deposit. The remaining half is due once everything has been completed. The duration ranges from 4 to 8 weeks. We understand that it is a big investment; if you need to make smaller payments, please let us know; we can work with you!
